Perkins Evolution moves the values and character of the award-winning restaurant into a new era, with a totally redesigned food and drinks menu and contemporary interior.
There is a heavy accent on choice across the menu, which changes with each new season of the year, a new Chef's Table offers an exclusive selection of taster menus for groups of up to eight people, while experts have been called in to advise on the vastly enhanced list of drinks.
In another shift, the restaurant is now open from noon until midnight from Monday to Saturday and from noon until 5pm on Sundays.
You can also enjoy our new menu any time during Monday to Thursday with our new 15 Club Card to earn a reward.
