Remaining in the Family

Perkins Family is the parent company of Perkins Restaurant, The Carriage Hall and escabeche. The restaurant, which opened in 1982, has become something of an institution within the Nottinghamshire village of Plumtree, and The Carriage Hall, a spectacular events venue, opened in 2008. escabeche, a tapas restaurant and bar offering all-day casual dining, opened in 2010.
The business has always been within the same family, passing down from Tony and Wendy Perkins to their sons, Jonathan, the Managing Director and David, the Operations Director.
We have always prided ourselves on our ability to deliver exceptional client experiences through food and service, and the decisions to develop The Carriage Hall and then launch escabeche are a measure of the management's ambition.
