Environmentally Friendly

We are very aware of the environmental impact of our business. We take positive steps to avoid energy wastage within the company and wherever possible, source our products from within a 20-mile radius, including the majority of our meat from Harker's Farm, which is less than a mile away.
The newly-developed Carriage Hall was built to a very energy-efficient specification, and uses rain-water harvesting.
