Smokehouse Sensations

We are one of very few restaurants in this country with our own smokehouse and it's hardly surprising that smoked dishes are appearing on the menu with increasing prominence because clients love the unique taste.
The smokehouse has got better with age, and we have great fun experimenting with dishes and discovering something new and exciting. Our most popular ingredients are salmon, mackerel, haddock, mushrooms and cheese.
